July 2017: American Express sued Tyson Dirksen and all of the companies he owns/manages for $96,000. This lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice on plaintiff's motion, so it looks like it settled (presumably with Dirksen paying back everything).

The case is American Express vs. Tyson Dirksen, et al., CV CGC-17-560340 (CA Super. Ct., San Francisco Co.).
